This page presents the General Conditions of Sale applicable to the use and purchases made on the happyofficine.ch website.

The General Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between:

Happy Officine Sàrl, Route de la Mortigue 1, 1072 Forel, Switzerland, company registered in the Commercial Register of the canton of Vaud under number CHE183097629.
Hereinafter referred to as "Happy Officine" or the "site"

And

Any natural or legal person using or making a purchase on the site
Hereinafter referred to as "client"

1 - Conclusion of the contract

When the customer clicks on the “Order” button, their order is considered firm for all items in their basket.

In accordance with legal provisions, the customer immediately receives a summary of the order by email.

These steps form a firm order, a contract therefore takes effect immediately, the latter is governed by these presents.

However, we reserve the right to refuse an order in the following cases: the customer is in dispute or at risk of dispute with Happy Officine, Happy Officine assesses the risk of fraud or non-payment, etc.

Happy Officine is not required to deliver items when we are unable to obtain them from our suppliers (delivery delays, out-of-stock products, etc.). In this case, Happy Officine will immediately refund the customer.

2 - Price

The prices indicated on the site are firm and final, they include the VAT in force.

3 - Deliveries

Orders confirmed before 12 p.m. are generally shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Switzerland and the canton of Vaud will be shipped the following business day.

Happy Officine ships orders with Swiss Post.

The delivery times indicated on the Happy Officine website are indicative and without any commitment. Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of delay or failure by transport companies.

Happy Officine reserves the right to make partial deliveries.

The customer undertakes to immediately check that the items contained in the delivery are in accordance with those ordered (delivery complete and in accordance with the order, condition of the items, etc.)

Damage to items must be reported to Happy Officine and the shipping company as soon as possible within a maximum of 5 days of delivery.

If the customer refuses the package, the return will be treated as a merchandise return. The customer will receive a voucher for the value of the merchandise. No refunds will be issued.

In the event that the post office cannot deliver to the customer (incorrect address, PO box, mail tracking service without parcel tracking, etc.), the costs necessary for the new shipment will be borne by the customer. The customer will not be able to request cancellation of the order or a refund under any circumstances.

3.1 - Deliveries in Switzerland

3.1.1 Rates

Happy Officine only delivers to Switzerland.

3.1.2 Deadlines

The delivery times announced by the carriers are as follows for orders confirmed before 12 p.m.:

Postpac Economy Between 2 and 3 working days following the order
Postpac Priority Between 1 and 2 working days following the order

For orders confirmed after 12pm, an additional day is added

The delivery times indicated are indicative and without any commitment. Happy Officine cannot be held responsible in the event of delays or failures by transport companies. Happy Officine will not be able to reimburse delivery costs in the event of a delivery delay.

4 - Payment

4.1 - Payment methods

The customer has several payment options which are displayed at the end of the ordering process:

- Payment on Invoice

- Bank card

- Postfinance card

- Paypal

- Twint

- Advance payment

4.1.1 Payment by bank card and postfinance

Orders cannot be shipped if Happy Officine is unable to debit the customer's account (invalid card number, bank refusal, etc.)

4.1.2 Advance Payment

In the case of "Advance Payment" orders, the customer must pay the amount of the order in order to trigger shipping.

No shipment of goods will be made without full payment of the order.

Unpaid prepayment orders are automatically deleted after 10 days.

4.13 Purchase on invoice with partial payment option (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the "Payment by Invoice" payment method as an independent payment provider. The order invoice allows you to simply pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you cancel a payment within the specified timeframe, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview retroactively the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim and handles the payment arrangements. When purchasing on account, you agree to the POWERPAY Terms and Conditions in addition to our General Terms and Conditions . (powerpay.ch/fr/agb).

4.14 Purchase on invoice with Cembrapay

The invoice payment option (including installment payments) is managed by CembraPay SA. general conditions and the CembraPay SA's privacy policy applies.

4.2 - Reservation of ownership

The delivered items remain our property until the customer pays the entire invoice related to the order.

5 - Return Policy

In the event that the customer wishes to return an item:

Returns are handled free of charge in Switzerland. Happy Officine will provide the customer with a shipping label. It will be up to the customer to carefully pack the package and drop it off at the shipping office of the transport company.

5-1 General Conditions

The customer has 15 days from the order date to make a return. This period includes the return shipping and delivery of the merchandise to Happy Officine.

The item must be unopened, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Happy Officine is not responsible for proper delivery (loss, delays, destruction, etc.) during return transport.

5-4 Return Procedure

To request a return, the customer uses the contact form in their customer account and indicates the following:

- First and last name, order number and date
- Item concerned by the return

Happy Officine will provide the return address and, for customers residing in Switzerland, a label allowing the item to be returned free of charge.

After checking the returned item, Happy Officine will send the customer a voucher for the value of the item within a maximum of 8 days.

The voucher will be valid for a period of 3 months.

No refund or credit on an invoice will be made.

In the event that the customer makes a return without Happy Officine's agreement or within a period exceeding the time limits provided for in article 5.1, the return will not be processed by Happy Officine and it will be up to the customer to pay the shipping costs to receive their merchandise again.

In the event of a contradictory version, the General Conditions of Sale are the only conditions to be taken into account.

6 - Data protection

Happy Officine is committed to treating your personal data confidentially and ensuring its protection.

Acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale implies acceptance of our data protection policy and the collection of data necessary for the operation of the Happy Officine site.

7 - Promotional codes

As part of one-off offers, Happy Officine offers promotional codes for a limited period and under limited conditions.

These codes are valid only once per customer and per order and certain products or brands may be excluded from these offers.

These codes offer a partial discount on an order whose payment must be completed using one of the methods available during the ordering process.

No credit or refund can be made using these codes.

In case you return the items, the codes are not added to the purchase voucher concerned by the return.

8 - Vouchers

If the customer has a voucher, they can use it for a period of 12 months in general, or 3 months if the voucher is linked to a returned item.

Any vouchers not used within this period are forfeited and cannot be extended. No refunds will be issued.

9 - Samples

For each order, the customer has the option to choose up to three samples. Depending on the stock available at the time the order is prepared, Happy Officine reserves the right to substitute the customer's selection with other samples.

If the customer does not select samples in their order, the order will be delivered without them.

In the event that the customer chooses more than 3 samples, Happy Officine reserves the right to select and deliver only 3 samples from the customer's selection.

These sampling modifications will not give rise to any claim, refund, credit or cancellation of order.

10 - Legal liability

The legal warranty for defective products applies.

In the event of a recall by a supplier or a defect noted by Happy Officine between the order and the dispatch, Happy Officine will offer you the exchange of the reference or the reimbursement of the item concerned.

11 - Applicable law

All clauses appearing in these general conditions of sale are subject to Swiss law.
