Many of us want to rethink our consumption patterns. We dream of them being a little more responsible, more ecological, more committed. But it's not always easy to get started and be sure you're making the right choice, especially when faced with the spectre of greenwashing.
As with everything, it's the small steps that make big changes. The most important thing is to start this journey with your heart and soul, without feeling guilty. We each move at our own pace: everything can't be perfect, but a tiny gesture multiplied by millions of consumers could have more repercussions than we think.
Refillable packaging, upcycled ingredients, local sourcing, solid cosmetics and 0% water: there are now many ways to try to consume "better". To start gently, it's up to you to choose the one with which you feel most in tune. You can then gradually venture towards complementary biases if you feel like it.
