Begin your dry brushing routine by successively activating your main lymphatic points. These are located on your collarbones, underarms, abdomen, crotch, and below your knees.
Dry brush your skin, without pressing too hard on the hairs. Start with your arms and forearms, working towards your shoulder or elbow. Then target both sides of your décolletage, from the inside out, avoiding sensitive areas of the breast. Next, move on to your belly, brushing your waist from bottom to top, then focusing on the area around your navel. Continue by brushing your lower back, from one side then the other. Finish with your legs in the following order: from thighs to knees and from feet to knees, without forgetting to make a quick detour to your buttocks.
