How to us it ?

Our tips for using the Bye Bye Air herbal tea from Cosm

The infusion for bloating by Cosm can be consumed daily or occasionally, depending on your needs. Infuse 2 grams of the herbal mixture (i.e. 1 tablespoon) in water at 95°C for 10 to 15 minutes. Filter and enjoy within the limit of 4 cups per day.

Not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under 12 years old. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, especially in case of hypertension. Ask your doctor for advice if you suffer from a particular pathology. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
