How to us it ?

Our advice for using Holidermie Omega 3 capsules correctly

Swallow one capsule per day, preferably in the morning. Follow this ritual for at least 30 days and ideally for three months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. In general, it is recommended to invite pregnant and breastfeeding women to contact a healthcare professional before taking any supplement. Excessive consumption can induce laxative effects.
