The super-soft formula of this eye pencil is infused with nourishing meadowfoam and mango seed oils. Just creamy enough, its consistency glides easily over the eye contour and guarantees an incredibly velvety application.

Sharpen the RMS Beauty eye pencil before each use for a flawless finish. Place the tip of the pencil at the root of the eyelashes or directly on the mucous membrane. Draw a line by adjusting the pressure on the pencil according to the desired thickness. Use the foam tip to smoke the pigments.
