Just slip a teaspoon into a large glass of water, or into the drink of your choice and mix vigorously until the powder has completely disappeared. Its mild mint flavor goes particularly well with a tea, smoothie or yogurt. The Detox Hygea can be consumed as a cure or as soon as the need arises. However, it is not recommended for expectant mothers.

Bon goût

Je commence la journée avec un verre d'eau chaude additionnée d'une c.c. de poudre et j'aime particulièrement le goût de cette poudre détox. Elle me fait penser à la cannelle. J'y ajoute parfois le jus d'un citron, c'est une boisson rafraichissante et qui fait du bien!

Léger et goût agréable

Une façon agréable de démarrer la journée, on se sent léger, et le goût de menthe est vraiment très agréable et rafraîchissant. Versatile, on peut le mettre dans un thé/smoothie/yaourt/eau avec citron.
