Our tips for using Hygée powders properly

This powder is ideal to start your day (and it is better not to consume it in the afternoon so as not to risk compromising your sleep).

Just slip a teaspoon into a large glass of water, or into the drink of your choice and mix vigorously until the powder has completely disappeared. Its creamy and cinnamon taste goes particularly well with a tea, coffee, smoothie or even in its morning cereal. Hygean Energy can be consumed as a cure or as soon as the need arises. However, it is not recommended for expectant mothers.

fine poudre à ajouter dans un café ou un verre d'eau chaude (dans ce dernier, je reconnais que la couleur devient étrange) mais il ne faut pas s'arrêter là! le goût est naturel, aux épices douces, réconfortant. très bien pour commencer la journée. l'effet se fait sentir petit à petit. un pot + grand serait bienvenu! (je rejoins le commentaire de sandra).

Super produit

A titre personnel, je n'aime pas trop le goût, mais par contre il est efficace.

Je commence la journée avec un verre d'eau bouillie et la poudre hygée, j'en aime le goût particulier d'herbes et j'ai l'impression que cette boisson me fait du bien. A quand un pot plus grand?
