How to us it ?

Our advice for using the Hygea Balance properly

Twice a day, mix the equivalent of 9 drops in the drink of your choice to reach an optimal dosage (ie 0.5 ml). This one-month course can be extended as needed.

This highly concentrated natural supplement is however not recommended for people on antidepressant treatment.

Efficace et agréable

J'ai testé plusieurs produits Hygée et je les apprécie beaucoup! Après 10 jours d'utilisation, il me semble que je suis plus détendue, moins à cran. J'aime les produits au goût naturel, ici le safran est dominant, c'est assez spécial à prendre le matin, mais on peut le prendre le soir aussi. Le produit est assez épais, il n'est pas facile et assez long de compter 18 gouttes, j'en mets environ une pipette. Du coup, je trouve que le produit se termine vite, il serait appréciable d'avoir plus de quantité. Malgré ces remarques, c'est un bon produit que je recommande et recommanderai!
