Every day, dilute one ampoule of the heavy legs nutritional supplement in a glass of drink (water, fruit juice, herbal tea, etc.). It is also possible to consume it pure. Before, after or during meals: it doesn't matter, you choose the right time to take it! For optimal effectiveness, Atelier Nubio recommends a 60-day cure.
