Shake the bottle of the stress and anxiety food supplement well before use. Empty the equivalent of a pipette (1 mL) under the tongue or into a 150 mL glass of water. Occasional use as needed.

Not recommended for children. Prolonged use is not recommended. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light, heat and humidity.
