Our tips for using RMS Beauty Vintage cake liner

Start by wetting a fine brush, such as the Brightening Brush. Pass the damp bristles on the surface of the vintage cake eyeliner until you obtain a dense paste. Remove the excess material on the brush then draw a line on the mobile eyelid, from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner. Let dry. This product can also be used with a dry brush for a smokier finish.
